We provide full-service catering for all types of events. We handle the Service and Culinary Arts, Rentals, Planning, Management, and Coordination. You will not need to go anywhere else for your event planning needs.

Excelsior is a Culinary Collective and works with the needs of our clients. After all we are not on this incredible culinary adventure alone.  Our team is talented, passionate, educated, and tenured. 

Excelsior Service is versatile. Our most popular styles are Live Action Stations, Plated, and Buffet. A la Russe is a great way to offer seconds on to a plated meal. We also offer cool choregraphed sweep and synchronized service. 

Yes! It encompasses the greatest features of the Culinary Arts to serve local, seasonal, and fresh ingredients. Ask us about what farms we cooperate with or recommend one of your own you would like to support. 

Yes! You don't need to rent china, glassware or silverware anywhere else. We have all catering equipment necessary to execute our proposals. 

Yes! Any and all considerations for before your ceremony can be included. Maybe you are looking for a small grazing platter for your suite, some chilled bubbly, or a pre-ceremony beverage station for your guests. We have you covered.

Yes! This is a great layer to have atop of your catering services. Our professional coordinator has hundreds of weddings of experience and is utlra professional. Little things you didn't realized you needed or wanted will be discovered and taken care of during the planning process and on the day of. It's a perfect solution to be able to fully relax and enjoy your special day without having to tend to anything!  

Yes! We do take scheduled payments. You will receive a payments and deposit page where the amounts and dates are shown. Typically, 20%/40%/Remaining%.  

We accept cash, check or credit card. However, credit card fees are applied, and we recommend you send check. 

Yes! We will make something kid friendly and also serve young children first during your reception. 

Yes! We provide professional bartenders, glassware, mixers, condiments, ice, bar station equipment, garnishes, and creation of specialty cocktails. You are welcome to provide your own alcohol for a huge cost savings! 

Yes! BBQs are great for summer parties by the pool, graduations, family reunions etc... do you really need a reason to get together for some BBQ? Set-up a meeting here on the site and we will get started!
